The class will be led by Louis, a personal trainer, weightlifting coach, and powerlifter himself! With his expertise, you’ll get the guidance and encouragement you need to excel.

A pop-out fitness class in the Boston Manor Park
Our last Outdoor Fit Club was such a success, we’re doing it again! 😊
Join us on Sunday, 25th May (Bank Holiday Weekend) at 9.50 am.
Itinerary:
- Meet outside the AOT gym in Brentford at 9:50 am ⏰
- Start the jog to Boston Manor Park at 10 am🏃
- A workout with Arleta and Sharon at the outdoor gym 💪
- Socialising at the Potting Shed Cafe (in the park) around 11.15 am. ☕
