As both an athlete and an experienced Strength & Conditioning coach, Arleta takes every athlete—whether you’re a professional, a dedicated recreational player, a teen, or an adult—under her wing and guides you on your journey to success.


With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for unlocking potential, she designs training programs that help you harness your natural strengths and build physical and mental resilience,  not only to excell in your sport but also keep you safe and away from injuries.

Every session is tailored to meet you where you are and support your steady progression. Each program is thoughtfully aligned with your sporting goals, physical capabilities, and skill level—helping you develop the specific areas needed to perform at your best.


To ensure every athlete is progressing effectively, comprehensive performance assessments and regular testing are built into the process. These evaluations provide clear insights into your development, identify areas for improvement, and help fine-tune your training plan for maximum results.

Membership Options and Pricing:

  • Are there any special rates for seniors?

    Yes! We offer specialized 60+ Class Passes for individuals over 60 years old. These passes are designed to cater to the unique fitness needs of our senior members.

Class Types and Schedules:

  • What types of classes do you offer?

    Apart from our group persinalo trainig  sessions we offer a few fitness classes you can join on PAYG basis. These include Boxfit, Yoga, Conditioning Circuits and Aerobic class.

  • How can I book a class?

    To book one of the fitness classes, excluding Group Personal Training go to Inner Circle page and click on Check the Timetable or Book a Groiup session tabs.

Personal Training Services:

  • Do you offer personal training?

    Absolutely! We provide both one-to-one and group personal training sessions. Our experienced trainers can help you achieve your fitness goals in a friendly and supportive environment. Click on Book Your No Sweat Intro (call or in-person) to find out more and explore the options.

Facilities and Equipment:

  • What kind of equipment do you have?

    Our gym is equipped with a wide range of strength and conditioning equipment suitable for all fitness levels. This includes free weights (squat racks, dumbbells and kettlebells), functional training equipment (like medicine balls, sand bags, battle ropes, sled and more), cable machine, assisted lat pullup and dip station, cardio equipment, incl. rower, treadmill, spinning bikes and assult bike.

  • Are your facilities accessible for people with disabilities?

    We strive to make our facilities as accessible as possible, however our gym cannot be accessed by wheelchair users. Please contact us directly to discuss any specific needs or accommodations.

Policies and Procedures:

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that plans can change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for personal training, and 2 hours for GPT and fitness classes cancellations to avoid any charges. For membership cancellations, please refer to your T&C's  or contact us directly on arletaontrack@gmail.com

  • Is there an age restriction for gym use?

    For safety reasons, members must be at least 16 years old to use the gym facilities independently. We offer specific classes and programs for younger individuals, such as our boxing fitness for kids (coming soon).
