Arleta Waszczynska
Founder, Director, S&C Coach, PT, Nutrition Coach
Arleta is an athlete with a background in volleyball and boxing. As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, she is passionate about helping people move better, build resilient bodies and minds, and improve both physical and mental wellbeing through purposeful training.
"I’ve spent over 25 years immersed in sport, strength and fitness, and my competitive spirit still keeps me learning and evolving. I’m fascinated by the connection between strength, movement, health and longevity, and I believe that training should do more than change how we look — it should help us stay capable, confident and strong for the long run.
Truthfully, one of my hobbies is searching for that holy grail of healthy ageing — staying strong, energetic and youthful, and where possible, kicking ageing in the bollocks along the way. That ongoing curiosity fuels both my coaching and my own training."

Laertis Vortolozis
PT, Calisthenisc and Fitness Coach
Laertis, also known as Lart is a personal trainer with a diverse background. He offers a unique hybrid training style that integrates weights, calisthenics, bodyweight movements, mobility exercises, and nutrition strategies. His comprehensive approach is designed to help individuals achieve their body goals effectively.

Kelli Jurgs
PT, Fitness Coach, Foundation Programme Specialist
As a Personal Trainer, Kelli specializes in women's strength training and helping clients build confidence, both physically and mentally.
"I believe fitness should enhance your life, which is why my approach focuses on making exercise enjoyable and sustainable for long-term lifestyle change rather than temporary results. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me weight training, running long distances, swimming or stepping outside my comfort zone by exploring new challenges like calisthenics and yoga."

Sharon Dooley
S&C Coach, UK Athletics Coach, Yoga Teacher, Sports Massage Therapist
Sharon competes in Masters athletics (Long Jump and Sprints), A highly experienced Yoga teacher and Sports Massage Therapist alongside UK Athletics Coach and Strength and Conditioning, including Olympic Weight-lifting for Athletes. Through a caring, nurturing and fun approach Sharon helps individuals and teams/groups find solutions which enable them to meet their goals and or achieve high performance within their chosen sport. Sharon’s experience of working with soft tissue injuries enables her to offer guidance for training/returning to training following injuries as well as programming training to reduce the risks of injuries from Sport.

Anna Stebbings
PT, Fitness Coach, Foundation Programme Specialist
Anna is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping people begin and build their fitness journey with confidence and support.
"I enjoy working with clients of all ages and experience levels, helping them feel stronger, more capable, and comfortable with exercise. As a mum myself, I have a particular passion for supporting women through pre and postnatal training. My goal is to help people create a positive relationship with exercise and discover what their bodies are capable of.""

Louis Wainwright-Vale
PT, Group Fitness Instructor
Louis specialises in bodybuilding and powerlifting, working in a simple but intense fashion to help achieve body transformations for his clients.
He competes in powerlifting and uses his knowledge of compound exercises in a compassionate and pro active way to help people shape their bodies and minds.
