    AOT Sport & Fitness has now become an approved provider and educator for people looking to qualify and have a rewarding career as a Personal Trainer.


    This is a nationally accepted qualification, validated by Focus Awards, recognised by OFQUAL and CIMSPA. It is also registered with the Association of Independent Personal Trainers. After completing the qualification, you are guaranteed professional insurance so that the day you finish, you can start practising.

    Professional insurance starts from approximately £50 a year.
